The above individual would be expected to honour the following:

Create, implement, and maintain a sport psychology support programme within the UK Student National Squad.
Provide mental skills support to athletes in relation to performance, confidence, focus, resilience, preparation and recovery.
Empower student athletes to achieve their full potential through high-quality support and guidance, serving as a key contributor
to the ongoing progression of the BUTL support team.
Contribute to the development and delivery of BUTL Sport Science resources through newsletters, social media content,
workshops, and structured support frameworks.
