Haslemere Swimming Club (HSC) in Surrey is a small but competitive club with County, Regional and National Qualifiers who compete in both Rother League and National Arena Swimming League (NASL). We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lead Squad Coach to help deliver our competitive and development swimming programmes.

You’ll work closely with our Head Coach and the wider coaching team to provide high-quality training sessions, support swimmer progression, and foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment.

Applicants should hold an ASA Level 2 Coaching Award.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning and delivering pool sessions for development swimmers
• Provide technical feedback and skill corrections to all swimmers
• Support swimmers at competitions and training events as required
• Maintain records and complete administrative tasks as required by the Head Coach
• Provide coaching cover when necessary
• Work collaboratively with swimmers, parents, coaches, committee and volunteers
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and the Club’s values at all times
