South Croydon Swimming Club in Croydon is currently seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Lead Squad Coach to support our Head Coach and lead a squad of approximately 24 swimmers aged 13–17, with aspirations to qualify for County and Regional competitions.

We are a friendly, community-focused club based in the Borough of Croydon, affiliated with Swim England Surrey and the London Region, and we provide training opportunities for local swimmers of all ages and abilities. 

This role is ideal for a motivated coach who can support swimmer development, maintain good training standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and performance-aspired club environment.

The Role

As Lead Squad Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering quality training for your squad, supporting swimmers through their journey, and working collaboratively with the Club’s coaching team and volunteers.
