Reporting to the Head of Composite and Mechanical Stress you will lead structural analysis activities across critical car components, champion innovation in both process and product, and push the boundaries of what is technically possible. Curiosity, determination, and a hunger to challenge convention are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural analysis projects across composite and metallic components, ensuring optimal balance of performance, strength, stiffness, and reliability, whilst maintaining ownership throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop and refine advanced simulation methodologies to support rapid, high-fidelity decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
