Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to players of varying language proficiencies (in-person and virtual)
• Plan curriculum and create lesson content to be used in the Reds Education curriculum
• Teach High School (HS) content classes following the formal program curriculums to small groups of players and in a 1-on-1 format (in-person and virtual)
• Assist the Education Coordinator with gathering documentation, the high school enrollment process, and administration
• Coordinate all required MLB education workshops in the DR with the Education Coach
• Perform player language and learning style assessments, and provide individual progress reports as needed
• Onboard all newly-signed players to the Reds Education program, including having a 1-on-1 introductory meeting to gather educational background information
