Our Learn-to-swim and Adult Instructors are the core of our success, and enjoy great-hourly rates, ongoing support from our Training & Development Manager and a friendly, supportive team environment. Our motivated instructors teach levels from 3 years old  through to stroke development, all with the support of our experienced and professional management & operations team.

Shifts are available from Tuesday to Friday; afternoon shifts are from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. Sat shifts are from 9:30 am to 3:45pm  Applicants must be available to work on one weekdays and Sat.  

Our current team enjoy flexible shift arrangements that promote a great work-life balance, and include university students, previous competitive swimmers, parents, and those looking for a fun career change.
