The Role

As the Learn to Swim Team Leader you will support our Swim School team across our three flagship centers. Reporting to the Learn to Swim Coordinator you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations of Learn to Swim and School Swimming programs
• Provide on-deck leadership to Swimming & Water Safety Teachers and Pool Deck Supervisors
• Assist with staff training, development and rostering
• Ensure programs operate in line with policies, safety standards and child-safe practices
• Contribute to program growth, engagement and customer satisfaction
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional and community-focused aquatic environment
