Winchester City Swimming Club (WCSC) based in Hampshire, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Swimming Lessons Manager to lead and develop our thriving learn-to-swim programme.

This role is advertised as full-time, but part-time would be considered.

Hours: Flexible working required, including evenings and weekends. Some administrative work may be undertaken remotely.
Reporting To: CEO
Start Date: June 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the club’s lessons programme and the supervision and development of a team of dedicated swim teachers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth and success of the programme while maintaining high standards of teaching and swimmer development.

The role includes a strong poolside presence, supporting teachers, mentoring staff and helping swimmers progress through the programme.
