The successful applicant will play a key role in coaching and mentoring athletes across the MAG program while supporting the ongoing development of coaches and the broader program.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Advanced Coach Accreditation or FIG 1 Qualification
• Currently working towards Advanced Silver / FIG 2 Accreditation
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the ALP and FIG Code of Points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong lesson planning, organisational, and mentoring abilities

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Judging accreditation
• Experience coaching athletes across multiple competitive levels
• Ability to mentor and support junior coaches
• Experience working within a team-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching across MAG programs
• Plan and implement structured training sessions aligned with athlete development goals
• Prepare athletes for competitions and events
