The Manager of Business Intelligence is a hybrid contributor-leader role within Spurs Sports & Entertainment’s Data Operations team. This position combines hands-on expertise in business reporting with strategic collaboration and people management.  

As a key stakeholder in SS&E’s analytics ecosystem, you will lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of reporting tools used across departments. You’ll own a wide range of BI initiatives, from building dashboards and managing survey pipelines to delivering fan insights and developing new audience segments.  

This role also involves direct management of Business Intelligence roles/personnel, providing task prioritization, mentorship, and support for professional growth. You'll work closely with data engineering and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into analytical solutions. As our BI environment continues to evolve, this position will also play a key role in the ongoing refinement of scalable reporting frameworks, including the adoption of analytics engineering practices.
