ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Clubs & Competitions Manager, in this role you’ll be responsible for the experience and retention of players and growth of cricket through associations, clubs and competitions within the Central Coast area.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate internally and externally to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers
• Support the development and growth of volunteers in your region
• Build strong relationships with associations and clubs, putting the volunteers and players at the centre of decision making
• Provide leadership, support and development of volunteers to support the delivery of cricket activities, programs and competitions 
• Increase registered participation rates for 5-12 year olds
• Use insights to inform recruitment and retention strategies
• Work with volunteers to support the delivery of cricket within your region
