Drummoyne Sailing Club is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sailing Manager to lead and grow our Sailing Academy and play a key role in the delivery of the club’s sailing activities. About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sailing Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sailing Academy, promoting participation across all age groups, and coordinating with club leadership and volunteers to deliver high quality and safe sailing programs. This role requires strong leadership, operational and administrative skills, and a genuine passion for community sailing.
