New York City Football Club (NYCFC) is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Manager, Fundraising & Strategic Initiatives to lead development operations and drive revenue growth across the Community Department. This role serves as a key partner to the Director, Community Development and works closely with the Executive Director of City in the Community (CITC), the club’s nonprofit foundation (annual budget ~$1–3M). The Manager will lead institutional fundraising efforts, including grant writing, oversee development operations, and support execution of strategic initiatives tied to CITC’s 4-Year Strategic Plan, World Cup legacy efforts, and stadium-related community commitments.
