The Joliet Slammers are an independent professional baseball team located in Joliet, IL in the Frontier League dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for fans in the city of Joliet and surrounding areas. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Manager of Box Office Operations to join our growing team. 

The Manager, Ticket Operations will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of all ticket operations of the Joliet Slammers ticket office. A key component of this role is to direct and train a qualified ticket operations staff with the goal of supporting all ticket fulfillment across the organization.
