We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator who loves soccer (or is ready to fall in love with it) and wants to own big pieces of our fan-growth engine in year one of professional play.

Day-to-Day You Will:

• Lead our street team & grassroots activation crew – getting out in Sarasota, Manatee, Bradenton, Venice, Siesta Key, Lido, Anna Maria, and beyond to spread the Paradise vibe
• Create or coordinate graphics and short-form video content (depending on your strengths – Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Recruit, train, and manage our marketing interns and game-day promotional staff
• Build, schedule, and optimize email & SMS campaigns in ActiveCampaign (or quickly learn it if you know another CRM well)
