With a desire to offer a world class experience to our patrons, we are seeking a Membership & Customer Service Officer for the Membership, Ticketing and Customer Operations Department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a consistent and high level of service to all members, customers and stakeholders.
  • Fulfil membership sales and customer enquiries through all sales channels, including inbound and outbound communication.
  • Achieve daily KPI’s through sales channels to reach overall Membership targets.
  • Data processing of membership renewals, new applications, membership cards and any other membership or ticketing requirements.
  • Answer inbound communication in a timely and pleasant manner, capturing and recording the premise of each contact.
  • Source and capture all individual prospect details and ensure they receive prompt follow up information.
  • Follow all Club policies and procedures for Membership, Ticketing & Customer Operations.
  • Participate in membership campaigns that identify customer needs, up-sell products, retain existing and acquire new members.
  • Ensure data accuracy and management activities.
