Basic Function: 

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all ticket holders of the Club's events at NRG Stadium.  
  • Support and oversee communications for a client book of 1500+ season ticket accounts. 

Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and establish a relationship with Texans season ticket members. 
  • Guide members through the yearly season ticket renewal and seat relocation process. 
  • Answer inbound Texans service line phone calls while assisting customers with ticketing and game day questions. 
  • Troubleshoot day of event ticketing and seating issues alongside gameday staff.
