This growth reflects our commitment to creating exceptional experiences, building deeper engagement with fans, and strengthening the profile of Tasmanian cricket and our brands, including the Tasmanian Tigers and Hobart Hurricanes.

About the role

The Membership and Ticketing Manager is a key leadership role within Cricket Tasmania's investment in strengthening our connection with members, fans and communities. To be recognised as the leading sports brand in Tasmania, you'll lead the strategies and initiatives that drive membership growth, maximise ticket sales and deliver exceptional experiences that deepen the connection between our supporters and the game they love.

Working closely with the General Manager - Marketing & Communications, you'll develop and execute initiatives that grow fan engagement, increase revenue and strengthen loyalty across the Hobart Hurricanes and Tasmanian Tigers brands. From membership campaigns and ticketing strategies to customer service, fan engagement and commercial insights, you'll play a key role in connecting more Tasmanians with cricket.

You'll lead the day-to-day membership and ticketing function, oversee supporter communications, drive retention and acquisition initiatives, and use data and insights to continually improve performance. Through this work, you'll help create outstanding experiences that keep fans coming back season after season.
