The Fredericksburg Nationals are seeking a Merchandise Assistant for the 2025 season to support all aspects of the team’s retail operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports merchandising, working alongside the Director of Merchandise to deliver an outstanding retail experience for our fans. The assistant must be available to work all home games, including weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule for events. This role will require a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
