The National Development Manager (NDM): Senior Clubs and Participation will have ownership, accountability, and responsibility for leading the successful delivery of national projects, activities, events and support senior clubs and local associations, which aim to increase the reach and visibility of the breadth of Netball Scotland’s ambitions, from grassroots to performance pathways to the national team, delivering increased revenue for the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Development, the NDM: Senior Clubs & Participation will deliver Netball Scotland’s Corporate strategy and work with the wider team to activate the Growth strategy.

Strategic Priorities:
Lead on the planning and delivery of national development projects which support Netball Scotland’s strategic priorities.
Lead on the continued development and implementation of Netball Scotland’s Club Development Framework and embedded Thistle Mark Accreditation Scheme to support and empower Clubs to grow, develop and plan.
