Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the National Integrity Manager is responsible for embedding the National Integrity Framework and related policies across all levels of softball. The role provides expert advice on integrity matters, manages complaints and safeguarding processes, and delivers integrity education to staff, volunteers and athletes including National Women’s and Men’s teams.
This role works closely with Sport Integrity Australia and the National Integrity Manager Network and requires a high level of maturity, sound judgement and the ability to manage sensitive matters independently and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the National Integrity Framework across the sport
- Deliver integrity education and training programs
- Manage complaints in line with relevant policies and legislation
- Provide advice and guidance to Member States and Territories on integrity issues
- Redevelop and maintain best practice complaint management systems
