Lacrosse Australia is seeking a National Participation Manager to lead the development and growth of participation opportunities across the country during an exciting period for the sport.

In this national role, you’ll drive participation growth and retention, lead the rollout of Quick Stix as our flagship entry-level product, support Member Associations, and ensure inclusive, high-quality experiences for participants nationwide.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading the national participation plan and growth initiatives
• Delivering and evolving participation programs (including Quick Stix)
• Supporting Member Associations, clubs and schools
• Driving participation growth in low-participation states
• Managing participation data, insights and reporting
