British Judo is looking for an experienced and passionate National Training Centre Coach to join our Performance Team and help shape the next generation of Olympic and Paralympic medal-winning athletes.

As part of the World Class Performance Programme (WCPP), you will work closely with national coaches, support staff, and athletes to deliver consistent, high-quality coaching. You’ll help support athletes’ individual development, especially when lead coaches are overseas or athletes are returning from injury.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support fighters when their lead coach is overseas.
- Provide support for the Coaching Team when returning from overseas.
- Support fighters returning from injury.
- Support communication across team for effective implementation of programme.
