Reporting to the Head of Women’s Football, the NRLW Head Coach is responsible for leading the team to competitive excellence on and off the field by establishing a high-performance culture grounded in clearly defined values and objectives.

The role includes developing game plans, overseeing player development, and ensuring all coaching activities align with the club’s vision. The Head Coach will also work closely with the recruitment committee to plan and deliver recruitment strategies, using scouting, data analysis, and networks to identify and attract top talent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game strategies and training programs to maximise team performance.

• Provide fundamental and technical coaching across all phases of the season (pre-season and in-season).

• Conduct thorough previews and reviews with coaching staff, including video and performance analysis.

• Lead all coaching sessions, setting high standards and striving for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the Head of High Performance and NRLW/NRL coaching staff to design and deliver training plans.
