The Official Scorer makes and announces all game decisions involving judgment calls, clarifying scoring rules interpretation to club and media personnel when necessary.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Arrive at the ballpark no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Collect rosters and other applicable information and be set up at assigned seat in press box before first pitch.
Input game stats via Pointstreak throughout all home games accurately
Log information for the entire game; monitoring the system and making any changes throughout the game (i.e., roster changes, defensive substitutions, etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.
