AusCycling’s Clubs and Community Enhancement Pillar is responsible for building, supporting, and enhancing the capabilities of both the Club Network and associated community organisations. The team also drives high quality experiences for sport participants, administrators, coaches, and officials with the aim of creating a world-class, sustainable national sporting system.
Position Purpose
The Officials Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development and ongoing improvement of the AusCycling officials education and development pathway.
The role supports the delivery of officials education programs across all cycling disciplines, ensuring officials are well trained, supported and recognised throughout their development journey.
The position also oversees professional development opportunities, recertification processes and recognition initiatives to strengthen the retention and capability of the officiating workforce.
