About the role

The Officiating Development Coordinator will support the growth and sustainability of the officiating workforce across Western Australia.

This role plays a key part in delivering the national Competition Workforce Strategy, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of officials. Working closely with the Competition Workforce Development Lead and the WA Competitive Play team, you'll help build a capable, connected and supported officiating community.
