We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of daily operations for the Legends Entertainment District while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Work directly with the Director of Operations in assisting with a master task list and production schedule in support of the Legends out-of-home marketing network.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including reports and other document prep.

• Attend regular departmental meetings.
• Manage weekly photography needs of client creatives/assets (proof of performance)
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within a small team.
