Swim Safety is the UK’s leading event water safety management company, providing and managing water safety teams across a range of mass participation & corporate sporting events.
Over the course of the summer season we will typically operate at almost 100 events in the UK as well as a handful of events abroad. But it’s not just events, our Safety Boats UK division provides water safety services for PR shoots/stunts, construction sites and on TV & film sets.

As an Operations Assistant you will be:
- Assisting with the operational delivery of events; both in the office and onsite
- An active part of the water safety teams when onsite at events enabling you to gain experience across all teams
- Working on commercial projects across the country with our trading division Safety Boats UK
- Part of the team responsible for looking after kit and allocating it out to events/projects
- Be integral to our boat & vehicle logistics, delivering boats and helping to initiate projects
