We’re on the lookout for a proactive, organised and solutions-focused Operations Coordinator to join the Tasmania Jewels.

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering a best-in-class game day experience for fans, players, basketball staff and partners. Working closely with the General Manager - Operations, and alongside venue staff, contractors and internal teams, you’ll coordinate the behind-the-scenes logistics that ensure every home game and training environment runs smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced, high-performance sporting environment. Due to the nature of professional sport, weekend and event-based work will be required throughout the NBL and WNBL seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Seamless Game Day Operations

• Coordinate all back-of-house game day logistics including venue operations, staff, volunteers, broadcast, teams and referees
• Act as the primary game day liaison with the WNBL, ensuring all league operational requirements are met
• Manage game day preparation, setup and pack-down, including run sheets, on-court activities and presentations
