We seek a dynamic, driven and adaptable team player to help take our organisation to the next level. Offering a varied role, based in Geelong, with flexible (full time) working hours, the Club seeks a people person with exceptional organisational and communication skills to work alongside a committed and focused operations team, coaches & LTS staff.

The successful candidate reporting directly to the CEO, will work closely with the CEO , GSC LTS Manager and GSC Merchandise Officer, to ensure optimal delivery of the Club’s leading swimming program, effective utilisation of facilities and continuing development of the Club’s Learn to Swim School, in order to best serve GSC members and the smooth running of the clubs opearations. 

To manage and action all day-to-day operational matters, providing the CEO and other business streams admin support. This role would be supported by the existing part-time (10 hour a week) Operations support officer.
