School Sport Australia (SSA) is the national organisation responsible for coordinating representative school sport across the country. For over 50 years, SSA has delivered national championships and, more recently, the School Sport Australia Games (SSAG), supporting student pathways, high-quality event delivery, and inclusive opportunities for students nationwide.

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Operations Manager plays a key role in planning, delivering and overseeing SSA’s national operations, events, governance systems, and administrative functions. This role will also support HR, finance, compliance, and WHS activities, and may undertake delegated EO duties during periods of EO absence.

The role is primarily office-based in Brisbane, with some work-from-home flexibility as negotiated. Travel is required to SSAG events throughout Australia across 2026–2027, with additional travel as needed.
