Tampa Bay Sun FC is looking for a Soccer Operations Manager to assist the Head of Soccer Operations with all related logistics, planning, and day to day operations of the Sporting Department.

The Role is an on-site and will require travel to away matches.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Work in conjunction with the Head of Soccer Operations on travel logistics and operations for all home and away matches.
• Coordinating hotel accommodations with host team hotel partners.
• Working with travel partners for all airfare to away games - includes collecting all player passport/contact information in pre-season, coordinating name change requests using the league process and ensuring travel itineraries are in line with the wishes of the technical staff.
• Working with the host team’s transportation partner to coordinate ground transportation for all away matches, including transport to/from hotel/airport/stadium.
