Recess Padel Club is seeking professional Padel Coaches or experienced Tennis Coaches looking to transition into Padel to join our foundation team for our March/April launch. We provide specialized training to help high-level tennis coaches adapt their skills to the padel court.

This is a part-time position with a clear pathway to full-time hours as club demand and our Academy grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching: Delivering high-quality sessions for both adults and juniors, ranging from beginners to advanced players.
• Events & Tournaments: Assisting in the organization and execution of club social events, clinics, and monthly tournaments.
• Community Growth: Actively engaging with members to foster a strong club culture and encouraging player progression through our Academy levels.
• Business Development: Proactively identifying opportunities for client acquisition and contributing innovative ideas to improve the club’s sporting programs.
