As Paralympic Pathways Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in shaping inclusive opportunities for para-athletes across the country.  Working closely with the Paralympic Pathways Lead, you’ll help coordinate national projects that nurture emerging talent, strengthen para pathways, and enhance development opportunities for both athletes and coaches.

Your core duties will include:

• Assist in the delivery and logistics of para-athlete development initiatives.
• Support the Paralympic Pathways Lead on the development and implementation of a state-based talent pathway program for Para Athletes. 
• Strengthening partnerships with state and national sporting bodies, disability organisations and clubs.
• Supporting athlete data systems and the development of inclusive coaching and classification resources.
• Contributing to a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, and continuous learning within the pathways system.
