The Participation Manager will drive the national development of grassroots activity within the Pentathlon family of sports. You will lead on strategy, delivery, and partnerships that increase awareness, access, and activity across schools, communities, and development hubs.

Reporting to the CEO, with operational oversight from the Head of Pathways, this role is key to creating sustained growth, aligning community participation with talent pathways, and contributing to the delivery and reporting requirements of Sport England System Partner funding.
