The Participation Officer is responsible for driving the administration of Australian Taekwondo’s participation programs including those initiatives developed under the Australian Sports Commission’s PlayWell strategy. The role plays a key part in Australian Taekwondo’s goal to get more people participating in Taekwondo and providing opportunities to those already involved in the sport to develop their skills. Key Responsibilities include:

Sporting Schools

• Coordinate AT’s Sporting Schools program including managing bookings, providing assistance to schools and clubs and handling relevant inquiries.
• Liaise with the ASC around developments to the Sporting Schools program.

Participation Programs

• Provide administrative support to AT’s PlayWell initiatives to get more people participating in Taekwondo.
