As custodians of the sport, we work closely with Cricket Australia, the seven other State & Territory Associations and our members to serve and grow the game. About the Role

The Pathway & Talent Development Coach will support the Head of Cricket to produce the next generation of Northern Territory elite cricketers, following in the footsteps of Jake Weatherald, D’Arcy Short, Kane Richardson, Tom Andrews and Tabitha Saville.

This newly created role will primarily be responsible for:

  • The effective implementation and management of pathway programs.
  • Provide coaching leadership or support to pathway programs.
  • Driving and delivering coach development programs.

The role will work closely with the Head of Cricket to systematically identify, select and develop talented male and female players, coaches and officials, and ensure the most effective pathway structures and programs are in place to ensure talented participants reach their potential.

The position requires a talented high performance cricket coach who has a highly developed knowledge and understanding of the Australian Cricket ecosystem (from entry level to pathways through to elite teams).

The ideal candidate will have the passion, patience and capability to build and implement best practice in the Northern Territory, and will be intrinsically motivated by the challenge and opportunity of long-term program and athlete development.
