We are now seeking applications from motivated and passionate individuals to join our Pathways Coaching Team for the 2026 season. Positions are available across both our male and female programs, including:

Male Programs

• Jersey Flegg Head Coach
• SG Ball Head Coach - Balmain
• SG Ball Head Coach - Wests
• HM Head Coach - Balmain
• HM Head Coach - Wests

Female Programs

• HNW Head Coach
• TG Head Coach
• LF Head Coach

Positions are paid, with remuneration reflective of the role, time commitment, and experience. Coaches may be engaged either as contractors (with an ABN) or part-time employees, depending on the nature of the engagement.
