Position Purpose       

To support the administration and delivery of athlete development programs and processes across the AusCycling Pathway system. Working closely with the Director of Pathways, Operations team, and external stakeholders e.g. AIS and SIS/SAS (HPN), with the aim of maximizing pathway objectives. 

Responsibilities         

• Collaborate with the Performance Operations team to deliver effective operational and logistical support for Pathways camps and activities across Track, Road, Para, BMX (Race & Freestyle), and MTB (XCO), including budget management, and meeting relevant compliance requirements
• Athlete Categorisation processes, data collection and distribution, panel coordination and AIS reporting
• Ensure all pathway activities are delivered in accordance with relevant policies, including child safety, safeguarding, travel risk, and athlete wellbeing
