Reporting to the Performance Analysis Manager, you will…

• Apply Cricket NSW's established performance analysis frameworks to deliver consistent, accurate, and standards-aligned insights.
• Provide high-quality, targetted performance analysis to coaches and players across elite female programs, including match coding, statistical reporting, and video breakdowns.
• Conduct comprehensive opposition analysis to guide team strategy, tactical planning, and match preparation.
• Attend training sessions and matches to capture live data, deliver in-game insights, and support post-session reviews with actionable feedback
• Work closely with coaching staff, athletes, Head of Female Elite Cricket, SSSM and the wider analysis team to ensure analysis is integrated into planning, review, and development processes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in sports analytics and recommend tools that can elevate Cricket NSW's performance analysis capabilities.
