Teddington Swimming Club (TSC), based in Middlesex, is recruiting for an experienced, suitably qualified Performance Coach to support our Head Coach and lead one of our performance squads. Last season, TSC had 23 swimmers reach British and English Nationals and we expect a further 20 to qualify for Open Water Nationals.

We are looking for a Performance Coach who has had experience leading their own performance squad and taking swimmers to at least County and Regional Levels. Experience at a National Level would also be beneficial.

We are a relatively small club but have achieved highly at British and English Nationals as well as Open Water Nationals over the past few seasons. We would love to find an enthusiastic, skilled coach to join our team and work closely with the Head Coach and our friendly and supportive committee.

An open water qualification or experience is desirable but ultimately - and what matters the most -  we are looking for the right person to fit into our close team and become part of the TSC community.

This role requires a mix of evening, early morning and weekend work, as well as travel and attendance to meets.
