The Performance Director is a pivotal strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering British Shooting’s World Class Programme. This is an opportunity to lead the continued growth and success of our sport at the highest level, ensuring that our athletes and coaches are fully prepared to achieve medal-winning performances at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as World and European Championships.
