Reporting to the Australian Sailing (AS) High Performance (HP) Pathways Manager, the Performance Pathways Coach will be responsible for delivery and support of on-water coaching for the Victorian (VIC) State Sailing Performance Program (SSPP). This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) position based at the Australian Sailing Victoria Office. The Royal Brighton Yacht Club (RBYC) will serve as the primary training base for the VIC SSPP.

This role involves working closely with AS Performance Pathways and AS HP program staff through to community/club services staff to ensure alignment and integration across all stages of the athlete pathway. Some after hours and weekend work, as well as regional and interstate travel will be required.
