This is dual based role working from Lilleshall National Sports Centre, nr Newport, Shropshire (min 2 days a week) and home. The role will require flexibility regarding travel and evening and weekend working, due to the requirements of the role. 

Role Summary:

The main purpose of the role is to implement the performance services systems and processes to ensure efficient delivery of the World Class Programme (WCP) across the British Gymnastics disciplines. This will involve the effective planning, delivery and monitoring of performance services. *Please refer to the Role Profile for full details* 

Main Areas of Responsibility:

1.  Deliver Performance Services systems and processes

Typical Activities:

· Support the assessment of the Performance Service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness in relation to the Vision and Strategy of the World Class Programme.

· Work with the Performance Management Team to generate ideas and solutions for the improvement of processes to the service delivery model resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness.

·  Deliver Performances Services activities to improve the ‘customer’ service and experience.
