An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Performance Swimming Coach to join Mount Kelly in Tavistock, Devon. 

Our swimming programme has produced over 80 international swimmers, 28 of whom have competed at Olympic and Commonwealth Games. The programme currently has 52 athletes on performance pathways as well as being the reigning Arena League Champions.

The primary focus of the role is to deliver coaching excellence and to significantly contribute to Mount Kelly’s positive swimming reputation in all areas of the coaching and competitive process, which leads to significant performance improvements at all levels.

The Performance Swimming Coach has a duty of care to all swimmers within the swimming programme.  Further details can be found in the job description. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Swim Coach and a proven track record of progressing swimmers.
