The Arizona Diamondbacks are seeking a Player Development Associate with a focus on working closely with Player Development staff at a Minor League affiliate. Associates will be introduced to a variety of aspects within baseball operations.  A model candidate will be a self-starter, possess the ability to work with a wide variety of people, and passion for the game of baseball.  
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day video operations at assigned Diamondbacks minor league affiliate. This includes filming games from multiple camera angles, chart data, and upload processed video to Diamondbacks network.
• Setup and operate baseball technology at respective affiliate
• Assist with the preparation of advance scouting material, various data sets, and video playlists.
• Coordinate hotel rooming lists, per diem, and player travel reimbursement throughout the course of the minor league season.
• Perform various tasks for coaches, players, coordinators, and front office members.
