Racing Louisville FC is seeking a dynamic Player Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the team. This position will work closely with the General Manager and coaching staff to ensure smooth execution of core administrative functions and team logistics. The position encompasses leadership and staff supervision, budget oversight, efficient systems and processes development, and support for key team events and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Team Operations:
Lead all aspects of team administration, including logistics, travel, player care, team security, equipment, and related functions. 
Coordinate and manage the team’s master schedule in collaboration with the General Manager (GM), Head Coach, and leadership team.
