The PLL Junior Archers Player Performance Pathway Coach is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized lacrosse instruction designed to identify, develop, and prepare the next generation of elite players. This role focuses primarily on 1-on-1 and small-group training, with an emphasis on technical development, decision-making, confidence, and overall understanding of the game.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, teacher, and mentor who understands that effective player development requires more than knowledge of lacrosse. This individual must be able to observe and assess players, identify specific areas for improvement, adapt their coaching approach to individual needs, and provide clear, actionable feedback that helps athletes make measurable progress.
