This pivotal role is essential in upholding exceptional standards of service, venue presentation, and safety - ensuring every visitor enjoys a secure and memorable experience at Sydney Olympic Park.

As a Pool Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a committed team of lifeguards, implement effective operational procedures, and ensure all venue requirements are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the safe use of facilities, promptly identifying and mitigating risks, and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic scheduling and resource management.
